Common questions
What is a joint development?
In a joint development, the landowner contributes the land and a development partner funds and manages construction. The two share the built area or the sale proceeds in a ratio agreed in a written agreement. Terms vary a lot, so the agreement should always be reviewed by your own advocate.
Is there any obligation once you study my land?
No. The feasibility study is there to help you decide. You choose whether, when and how to develop.
