About Shriyog Developments
We are a development and construction management company. We are based in Nashik and take on projects wherever the land is. We plan and manage residential and mixed-use developments, and act as the single point of responsibility for our clients.
How we are set up
We do the planning, coordination and supervision ourselves. Construction is carried out by independently appointed licensed contractors, working to approved drawings under our supervision.
That keeps the responsibility in one place. You deal with one team, and that team answers for feasibility, approvals, cost, quality and handover.
What we hold ourselves to
Engineering before marketing
Structure, approvals and cost come first. A project should be sound before it is promoted.
Fewer projects, done properly
We take on only what we can supervise closely, from the first site visit to the handover file.
Everything in writing
Costs, contracts and progress are documented and shared, so there are no surprises at the end.
We stand behind what we deliver
Handover is not the end of our responsibility. We help with snags after possession.
