General
Working with us
Do you build the projects yourselves?
No. Construction is carried out by licensed contractors whom we appoint and supervise. Shriyog Developments is responsible for planning, approvals, cost, quality and handover, so you deal with one accountable team.
Where do you work?
Our office is in Anandvalli, Nashik. We take on projects in Nashik, Pune and elsewhere, wherever we can supervise the site properly.
I own land. Where do I start?
Call or message us with the location and the land records you have. We will discuss what you have in mind, and if it makes sense, propose a feasibility study so you can see your options before committing to anything.
What is joint development?
The landowner contributes the land and a development partner funds and manages construction. The two share the built area or sale proceeds as agreed in writing. Terms vary, so the agreement should always be reviewed by your own advocate.
How are your fees set?
Fees depend on the scope of work and are agreed in writing before we start, with no hidden charges.
What will I receive while the building goes up?
A written progress report at every construction milestone, the test and inspection records for your project, and checked contractor bills.
Do you handle approvals and MahaRERA registration?
We prepare and follow up statutory approvals with the architect and engineers. Where the law requires it, a project is registered with MahaRERA before it is advertised or sold, and its registration number is shown on every listing.
What happens after handover?
You receive a complete handover file, we walk through the building with you and record any snags, and we help with snags after possession within the support period agreed in writing.
Service
Development management
How is development management different from hiring a contractor?
A contractor builds. A development manager is responsible for the whole project: what to build, the budget, approvals, which contractors to appoint, and checking their work. We do not build ourselves, so our job is to protect your interests at every stage.
Do I stay in control of the decisions?
Yes. You take the key decisions at agreed points (design sign-off, budget, contractor appointment), and you receive a written report before each one.

Construction management
Can you take over a project that has already started?
Often, yes. We first review the drawings, contracts and the work done so far, and tell you in writing what we find before we take responsibility for the rest.
How often will I hear from you?
You receive a written progress report at every construction milestone, and you can call us at any time.

Joint development for landowners
What is a joint development?
In a joint development, the landowner contributes the land and a development partner funds and manages construction. The two share the built area or the sale proceeds in a ratio agreed in a written agreement. Terms vary a lot, so the agreement should always be reviewed by your own advocate.
Is there any obligation once you study my land?
No. The feasibility study is there to help you decide. You choose whether, when and how to develop.
Do you give legal opinions on title?
No. Title is checked by an advocate. We coordinate the review and include the advocate's findings in the feasibility report alongside the planning and cost picture.
How long does a feasibility study take?
It depends on the land records and the site. We give you a written scope and timeline before we start.
Can you guarantee approval timelines?
No. Approvals are granted by the authorities. We prepare complete files, follow them up, and tell you early if anything moves.
When is MahaRERA registration needed?
Where the law requires it, a real estate project must be registered with MahaRERA before it is advertised or sold. We register such projects, and every listing on this site shows the registration number.
Service
