Common questions
How is development management different from hiring a contractor?
A contractor builds. A development manager is responsible for the whole project: what to build, the budget, approvals, which contractors to appoint, and checking their work. We do not build ourselves, so our job is to protect your interests at every stage.
Do I stay in control of the decisions?
Yes. You take the key decisions at agreed points (design sign-off, budget, contractor appointment), and you receive a written report before each one.
