Every project follows the same five stages. At each one you know what we are doing, what it costs, and what you will receive.
You receive
A feasibility report with the options, the main risks and an outline budget, so you can decide whether to go ahead.
You receive
Approved drawings and an updated budget before any construction contract is signed.
You receive
A written progress report at every milestone, covering work done, cost to date and anything that needs your decision.
You receive
The test and inspection records for your project.
You receive
A handover file with the drawings, approvals, test records and warranties.
Each project gets the same senior attention from the first site visit to the handover file. We would rather run a few developments properly than many at once.
It also means we can be specific with you: who is on your project, what happens next, and when you will hear from us.
